Naoe legendary outfit

You see here the work I did, texturing Naoe Legendary outfit. The model was provided by the Character team who did the texturing on the regular one. I built this variation with only color schemes as cues which was an interesting challenge.

Most of the work was made in Substance Painter to create custom color and material dispatch through masks. I also added few custom normal when needed. I spent some time hand drawing a red cloud pattern, that I though might bring an elegant detail and nice shinobi mood without beeing too much visually. I tested many pattern ideas and what was interesting with the cloud is that I was able to put several in chain to create broader section with the same one. The color layering, dirt and weahtering was then done in engine through material editing, with the character shader, the tech art team built.
